Due to the nature of the medical market, the products we manufacture in our measuring room are always 100% checked. Our customers are almost always manufacturers of instruments for invasive or non-invasive treatment of patients. For that reason, perfection is not without obligation and all parts must always be 100% according to specification. Our processes, including our quality management system (KMS), guarantee this. Our KMS is certified to ISO 9001 today, and our goal is to achieve ISO 13485 in 2021. The instruments used in the medical sector are getting smaller. The parts we supply for this are also becoming smaller and smaller. Turning below 1 mm is now commonplace with us, as is working with tolerances around µ. All this is of course possible in small series, but our strength lies in producing large series of up to 100,000 pieces per article per year.
