Precision mechanical production engineer

Whom are we looking for?
- You are a technician with a completed MBO education, preferably the Leidsche Instrument Makers School;
- You have relevant work experience in a similar position;
- You are enthusiastic, proactive and accurate;
- You can work independently as well as in a team and have the guts to try new things;
- You have commercial insight and a customer-oriented attitude;
- You have a hands-on character, are solution-oriented, involved and eager to learn;
- You are flexible and have the right attitude to deal with dynamics.

What does a High Precision Mechanical Engineer's day look like?
Your job is very diverse. And we realize this sounds like a standard job posting. But we sincerely mean it. On the one hand, you are involved in the production process from start to finish. Turning, milling and EDM are the most important operations in our workshop. Our productions require very meticulous processes and, above all, checks. On the other hand, you are a real technician and responsible for mechanically designing various products for our customers. The various branches in which we are active, medical, aviation, defense, industrial and automotive make your job versatile!
Producing a well-functioning prototype and translating this into a manufacturable product is never without a struggle. Our motto is therefore: “When precise is not accurate enough”. This produces the best results and is what makes the process so exciting.
