In any case, we are happy that it reached you. By scanning the QR, you have found your way to a little explanation on the content of the box. So what’s inside ?

What you see, is a variety of objects that we manufacture, and we will just discuss a couple of aspects that are significant to them.

1. The largest Item is made out of standard Brass. It is turned out of massive rod on a DMG MORI Sprint 8 Axis lathe. This is made in one step. The highlight of this object is the thickness of the wall, being very thin.
2. The next object in size is a Circlip. This object needs eight steps to reach this stage, being Turning, drilling, deburring, polishing, hardening, EDM, polishing again and finally 100% inspection. Specifically surface finish and size accuracy are extremely high on this object.
3. The smallest ring is made out Polymer and shows what accuracy we can reach on that material, both in surface and size.
4. A transparent plastic object is also added showing more complex processes and techniques and indicate that possibilities are present where molding is too far away.
5. The two similar Stainless Steel objects are specific for their size.
6. The pipes are sub-millimeter and the hole is close to half a millimeter with accuracies below 2 µ. These Cannulas are produced on Swiss Lathes at very high numbers per year with 100% inspection rate.
7. The same accuracy and size goes for the last two Stainless Steel objects. One is solid, and the other is hollow, and both are sub millimeter.
