About Exakt

Exakt Fijnmechanika produces precision mechanical parts to specification with extremely high precision. With 16 people working on our most Swiss CNC precision lathes, we work 24/7 on medium to very large series. With dimensions from around 0.1 mm and an accuracy from 1 µ, we are able to produce very precise and consistent. Exakt has a dedicated hypermodern measuring room with certified measuring setup and certified quality management system. Supported by statistical measurement data, agreed dimensions are guaranteed.

Sectors

Our customers are mainly active in Medical, Defense, Aviation, Automotive and Industry sectors. Each of these sectors has specific needs and quality requirements, to which Exakt connects seamlessly. For example, Exakt is already ISO9001 certified and certification according to ISO 14385 is imminent in 2021. Despite many different operations such as machining, hardening, polishing, EDM and finishing, Exakt is able to deliver everything well within the specifications. Tight management by means of protocols and processes guarantees 100% employability and functionality.
